Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for a Return

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including all original tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Fentrovia LLC specializes in sports gear. Please ensure all gear is returned in a condition that allows it to be resold as new.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Return Shipping

Fentrovia LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@fentrovia.com or +1 (833) 301-6511 within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website, http://fentrovia.com/.
