Domestic Shipping Only 

Currently, Fentrovia LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates 

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high demand periods or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@fentrovia.com which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Changes 

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@fentrovia.com or call us at +1 (833) 301-6511. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damages 

Fentrovia LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
